Scope of Services
Geruis Diesel is a multi-brand compatible diesel injection parts and test bench supplier based in Taian, Shandong, China. Under these terms we supply:
- Diesel injection test benches: injection pump test benches, common rail test benches, EUI-EUP test benches and HEUI test benches.
- Compatible parts: injectors, injection pumps, fuel rails, feed pumps, nozzles, valves, plungers, pump elements, unit pumps, repair kits, filters and tool kits.
- Model selection guidance and technical support by WhatsApp, email or video call.
Selection guidance is advisory. The final model is the one confirmed in writing by both parties (see Section 04).

Compatibility & Trademark Notice
Unless a product listing and a written confirmation state otherwise, our parts are supplied as compatible or replacement parts.
- Geruis Diesel is not affiliated with, authorized by, or an official agent of Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Caterpillar, Cummins, Siemens or any other brand named on this site.
- Brand names, OE numbers and vehicle or equipment names (e.g. Toyota, Isuzu, Komatsu) are used only to identify fitment.
- All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Product Descriptions
Some product titles include words such as Original, Genuine or Re-manufacturado. These words alone do not define the condition or origin of the goods.
- Condition and origin are governed by the individual product description and the written confirmation issued before the order.
- If a title and the written confirmation differ, the written confirmation prevails.
- Product photos are for reference. Ask for detailed photos or a sample before a bulk order.

Model Selection & Customer Responsibility
One OE number can have several variants, for example a number listed as both a pump part and a rail part, or a pump series that needs different valve plates. To avoid wrong parts:

The customer provides accurate engine brand, vehicle or equipment model and OE number.

Our team recommends a matching part and confirms the details with the customer.

Both parties confirm the final model in writing before the order is placed.
Parts that do not fit because of inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer are not covered by the warranty.

Quotations & Contracts
- Prices and information on this website are for reference and do not form a binding offer.
- The validity period of a quotation is stated in the quotation or the written contract.
- Quality certificates and samples are available on request before the contract is signed.
- Where the written contract and these terms differ, the written contract prevails.

Payment
- Accepted methods: SWIFT bank transfer or a secure payment system.
- Payment terms are agreed separately for each contract.
- Bank charges on the payer's side are borne by the payer unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery

- Lead time depends on destination and shipping method.
- A tracking number is provided after dispatch; check status via Track Your Order.
- Customs clearance delays are outside our control.

Warranty

months from delivery
- Defective products are repaired or replaced.
- Some products carry a different period (e.g. certain nozzles list 6 months); the individual product description prevails.
- Claims require the order reference, photos or test data showing the fault.
- Technical support is available by WhatsApp, email or video call.
Not Covered
- Improper installation or installation by unqualified personnel.
- Misuse, overload, or operation outside the specified conditions or operating instructions.
- Contaminated or non-compliant fuel, water ingress or poor filtration.
- Unauthorized disassembly, modification or repair.
- Wrong fitment based on inaccurate customer information.
- Normal wear, accidents, and damage from improper storage or handling after delivery.

Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including downtime, labor costs or lost profit.
- We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs inspection or force majeure.

Governing Law & Contact
The governing law and the competent jurisdiction are those stated in the written sales contract for each order. Disputes are first handled through good-faith negotiation.
